I’m Max Dostanko. I develop SEO and GEO strategies for your target market, guide implementation, and help you generate measurably more qualified leads through Google and AI assistants.
Start with an SEO and GEO audit: a focused website analysis, priority plan, and concrete optimization recommendations to remove the blockers holding back your lead flow.
GEO = Generative Engine Optimization — visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI assistants.
A clear view of who this collaboration works well for and when it is probably not the right fit. That saves time on both sides.
You see SEO as a long term growth channel, not a quick fix. The goal is steady growth in qualified leads over 12 to 24 months, not a short lived spike.
There is someone responsible for marketing or the website who can make decisions, organize access, and approve changes. Without that role, projects usually slow down.
You understand that SEO needs investment in content, website improvements, and promotion. There should be a real budget for growth, not just whatever is left over.
You are open to improving structure, copy, UX, and the technical foundation. Recommendations are meant to be implemented, not just discussed and postponed.
If you need immediate revenue this month and are not looking at long term growth, paid advertising is usually the better starting point than SEO.
No access to the CMS or development resources is a serious limitation. SEO and AI visibility work best when recommendations can actually be implemented.
If you expect guaranteed number one rankings or a fixed number of leads by a certain date, we are not a good match. I focus on systematic work and sustainable growth, not unrealistic promises.
If the plan is to grow with no additional investment and only the current website, I cannot promise results. SEO does not work well without content development and promotion.
If your project matches the left column, there is a strong chance we can deliver measurable business outcomes together. Let’s review your website and define the first 90 days.
Yes, We’re a Good Fit — Show Me the Next StepsThe first meaningful changes usually appear within 3 to 6 months. More stable growth in qualified leads typically builds over 12 to 24 months. Below is a typical roadmap that we adapt to your project.
We get your website into a condition search engines can actually work with. That means removing technical friction, fixing critical issues, and building the foundation for future growth.
We build the semantic structure and launch the first content clusters: commercial SEO pages, GEO pages for your services, and the supporting informational content your market needs.
We strengthen trust with both search engines and people through clean link building, brand mentions, and reputation work.
Once the growth foundation is in place, we expand your GEO presence, open up new regions and channels, and automate reporting and analytics. At the same time, we prepare the website for the next wave of AI-driven search.
If you see SEO as a 12 to 24 month investment and want a clear quarterly roadmap for your project, have your website reviewed.
A comprehensive approach, from strategy to automation. Every service is tailored to your context, goals, and stage of growth.
We analyze your current situation and build a clear 12 month SEO plan: what needs to be done, in what order, and with which resources.
Long term SEO support in structured sprints: strategy execution, team coordination, and ongoing optimization for both market realities and algorithm changes.
We prepare your website for GEO, Generative Engine Optimization. The goal is to make your brand visible not only in traditional search results, but also in answers generated by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other AI assistants.
We build pipelines, dashboards, and alerts that reduce manual SEO routines and help identify critical changes early.
These services can be combined. For example, ongoing SEO support together with GEO in Q3 to Q4, or an SEO and GEO audit followed by automation. We define the right mix for your budget, goals, and growth stage.
I help your brand appear in answers generated by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other AI assistants when potential customers ask their most important questions. The first mentions often appear within 3 to 6 months, with a more stable effect building over 9 to 12 months.
We analyze how people phrase questions in LLMs and in traditional search, group them by customer jobs to be done, and prioritize the most important themes.
We create FAQs, structured overviews, comparison pages, and other formats that AI assistants are more likely to use as sources.
We add studies, case evidence, references, reviews, markup, and authorship signals to increase the chance that LLM systems select your content.
We monitor where and how AI assistants mention or cite your brand, then refine content and strategy based on evolving answer patterns.
More and more questions are being asked directly in AI assistants instead of traditional search alone.
These systems prefer sources with clear structure, visible expertise, and credible supporting evidence. A large amount of text alone is no longer enough.
Brands that build GEO visibility early can secure space in these answers before competitors take it.
GEO does not replace traditional SEO. It strengthens it, so your brand becomes visible both in search results and in LLM generated answers.
Every project combines strategy, execution, and growth. Below are examples of how we helped websites move from stagnant or declining traffic toward a stable flow of qualified leads. The numbers are anonymized, but the patterns remain the same.
An online store with more than 8 years of history and around 12,000 products suffered a major drop in visibility and revenue after an algorithm update. We rebuilt the technical foundation, reworked the category architecture, and launched new content clusters. Traffic recovered and the project returned to a growth trajectory.
Analytics Platform for Ecommerce
A SaaS startup with around 200 active users wanted to grow organically. We reworked the information architecture, optimized the website for GEO search visibility, and built an automated content release process.
Platform for Online Education
An education project with more than 15 courses was losing visibility in an overheated niche. We rebuilt the content strategy around jobs to be done, strengthened expertise signals on the most important pages, and fixed technical barriers. Traffic and revenue trends turned around.
Platform for Service Providers and Experts
A two sided marketplace with a regional focus wanted to expand into new regions and capture local search demand. We introduced regional templates, GEO focused SEO structure, and structured data. City level coverage and lead volume increased significantly.
Comparison Service for Banking Products
A highly competitive niche with strong brands and strict trust requirements in a YMYL environment. We focused on in depth guides, calculators, GEO and LLM ready formats, and structured data for rich results. The outcome was a stable flow of qualified credit inquiries.
This is how we move from the first contact to the first sprint and a clear action plan within 7 to 10 days.
You fill out a short form covering your industry, current traffic, goals, and constraints. That is enough for me to understand the context and prepare the first review in a structured way.
In about 90 minutes we identify the most critical issues and growth levers currently holding you back, from technical problems to structure and content. The result is a clear roadmap showing what to tackle first in order to generate more qualified inquiries as efficiently as possible.
Based on the audit, I create a one page plan for the first 90 days covering priorities, KPIs, risks, and resource requirements. You know exactly what we will implement in which sprint and when the first effects on lead flow can realistically be expected.
We define responsibilities, access to CMS and analytics, budget for content and links, as well as the format and rhythm of reporting. From the start, it is clear who is responsible for what on both sides.
We begin with the first two week sprint. Every two weeks there is a short sync on tasks and status, and once per month a report with metrics and conclusions. No black boxes and no surprise shifts in deadlines.
Transparent packages with no hidden fees. Choose the format that fits your business goals, growth stage, and budget.

SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. If someone promises you position 1 in one month or ranking guarantees, that is a warning sign. I work with realistic goals, transparent analytics and honest forecasts. The final result always depends on your niche, competition, budget and how consistently changes are implemented on your website.
The success of an SEO project does not depend on the specialist alone. It also depends on how well your team can support the process. These conditions matter if we want to achieve real results together.
There needs to be one person who can make decisions and is reachable within 24 to 48 hours. SEO is a step by step process. Without approvals, tasks get stuck and sprints slow down.
If decisions are postponed for too long, timelines move and results come later.
We need access for editing content, meta tags, and internal links, as well as development capacity for technical changes. Otherwise, I can only advise, but not drive real implementation.
Without implementation on the website, SEO stays at analysis only, not actual change.
SEO without content and credible links is like a house without a foundation. There needs to be a real budget for copy, visuals, PR, and link acquisition. If this part is underfunded, growth will hit a ceiling sooner than expected.
What matters is that your content and promotion budget matches your growth goals, not just whatever is left over.
SEO often requires changes to navigation, page structure, forms, and loading performance. If nothing in the interface can be changed, part of the growth potential stays unused and conversions improve more slowly.
A user centered UX has a direct effect on lead generation and revenue.
Algorithms change, competitors get stronger, and markets evolve. Every 3 months we review what is working, what is not, and which hypotheses to test next.
Flexibility and adaptation are key to sustainable SEO success.
Then the project may either not start at all or move more slowly and become more expensive than necessary. That is not ideal for either side. It is better to discuss limitations openly than to promise results that are not realistic under the current conditions.
Real feedback from businesses that went from audit to execution and scaling. Numbers are anonymized, but the experience remains unchanged.
By the sixth month, inquiries became noticeably more stable. What was especially important to us was that Max didn't just identify problems, but provided a clear roadmap for implementation. This meant our team always knew what to tackle first and which changes would actually impact leads and revenue.
We had many individual SEO ideas before, but no real framework. With Max, that became a solid process with priorities, review checkpoints, and clear decisions. The collaboration was direct, structured, and free of empty promises. Exactly what we were looking for.
What was especially exciting for us was that SEO and visibility in AI answers were thought through together. After a few months, we saw that content not only performs better in Google, but also appears in AI system responses. That built a lot of internal confidence in the strategy.
Rankings are a supporting metric, not the end goal.

All boundaries are defined transparently at the beginning so there are no surprises later.
For link building, I only use sensible approaches such as industry media, partnerships, and relevant niche websites. No spam and no PBN networks that put the domain at risk. Budget and formats are agreed separately after the website analysis.
Before the project starts, I always set a realistic timeframe so expectations and reality stay aligned.
GEO does not replace SEO. It complements it as another channel through which customers can discover your business.
